What is Kalimat Island?
An educational 3D game for kids on iPhone and iPad, with 50 games across 15 islands. Your child finds each word, then says it aloud, learning almost 400 everyday Arabic words, every Arabic letter and the numbers while they play.
What age is it for?
It is made for children aged 3 to 6, with short levels that suit a young child's attention, and the difficulty adapts to your child.
Does it help my child talk?
In every level your child is asked to say the word aloud, and speech is recognised on the device itself. The game encourages talking through play and repetition, and parents can hear the recordings in the Parent Corner. It is a learning game, not a replacement for a speech therapist.
Is Kalimat Island free?
The download and the first island are free. One single purchase opens every island, with no monthly subscription.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Once downloaded it works fully offline, in the car or on a plane. The internet is only needed for the purchase.
Are there any ads?
No. There are no ads at all, and we collect no data about your child.
Fusha or dialect?
Parents choose Rania's voice: Modern Standard Arabic (Fusha), or the Saudi dialect spoken at home.
